Our client within FS is looking for an ‘Analyst’ to support the Finance team. Regular tasks include month end reporting on Reserving and Collections, weekly Collections reporting, daily reporting, ad hoc analysis, reporting and automation development and provision of auditor reporting.
Technical Skills:
• SQL (intermediate level minimum), preferably T-SQL
• Excel (intermediate level minimum)
• MDX (useful but not essential)
• Experience of working with large data sets and multiple systems
• Ability to present findings in a clear way
• Experience of automating and improving processes (preferable)
Non-technical Skills:
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and problem solving
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good time management
• Ability to multi-task
Experience:
• 1-2 years in a similar analyst role
• Financial services knowledge preferable but not essential
