- Understanding all process in place
- Making right loan decisions (to lend to the right people)
- Ensure each area of the application for each customer within NL is as it should be
- Looking for process improvement all the time where applicable
- Providing excellent high standards of customer service
- Communicating effectively (internally and externally)
- Working well individually and as a team
There will be an element of repetitious tasks but this is part of the role.
