Fluent in Dutch

  •   Understanding all process in place
  •   Making right loan decisions (to lend to the right people)
  •  Ensure each area of the application for each customer within NL is as it should be
  •  Looking for process improvement all the time where applicable
  •  Providing excellent high standards of customer service
  •  Communicating effectively (internally and externally)
  •  Working well individually and as a team

There will be an element of repetitious tasks but this is part of the role.
