Senior CRM Manager – Malta – £35-55k p/a

Our successful prestigious client within the Financial Services industry is looking for a quality, senior ‘CRM Manager’ who has strong, extensive industry experience and understanding, who is looking for their next challenge. The role is a result of expansion and fast growth

The aim is to strengthen our client’s Analysis team.

As a Senior CRM Manager with excellent communications and presentation skills you will act as primary interface to business. You are expected to know how to work with teams; ‘Marketing’ and ‘Analytics’ to build a world class CRM and loyalty system.

Requirements and Duties:

•Skilled technical background on CRM systems

•Implementation and maintenance of a world class CRM system

•Solid management capabilities of small teams

•Creating and leading the approach to retention, recognition & loyalty i.e. moving customers along the loyalty ladder, deepening relationships, building engagement, encouraging advocacy and maximising retention

•Highly analytical; understanding concepts of experimental designs and testing regarding CRM and loyalty

•Recommend segmentation and create customer personas

•Increase campaign effectiveness and optimise performance

Education and Work Experience:

You have suitable education (BSc/MSc or equivalent) and several years’ work experience on the field of consumer business in CRM other relevant marketing position. Earlier experience in financial sector is preferred. Your English is fluent both oral and written.

Skills:
You are a target and results oriented individual with extraordinary communications skills, and you enjoy leading a team. Exampled working knowledge and understanding of CRM channels across mobile app, web, email and SMS.
