Description Our prestigious client has a diverse portfolio of clients from
a wide range of industry sectors and this portfolio is constantly growing
thus the need to recruit an additional Business Analyst to join the team.
Detailed duties and responsibilities:
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of a
project.
• Liaising with business managers and end users to understand and
document business processes, workflows and requirements.
• Facilitate business managers and end users undertaking BPI/BPR activities • Appraising
the impact of suggested changes on affected business areas.
• Ability to translate business requirements into something that can be understood at all
levels of a project from end users to software developers.
• Translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs • Planning and
managing the implementation of small scale project.
• Planning and managing the implementation of agile application developments • Ensuring business
solutions are aligned with the IS Business Strategy.
• Undertake the production of business cases and feasibility studies • Providing weekly
reports to the Business Analysis Tea.
• Leader showing progress against outstanding milestones.
• Develop and maintain knowledge on best of breed business analysis
standards, tools, methods and techniques.
Technical skills:
• Workshop facilitation
• Requirements elicitation
• Process/workflow mapping
• BPMN
Skills, knowledge and experience:
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of the legal sector
• Experience with a case management system • Experience of an agile software
development methodology • BCS Diploma in Business Analysis desirable
