Due to expansion my prestigious client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their growing team, reporting to the Business Analyst Team Leader.
Detailed duties and responsibilities
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of a project
- Liaising with business managers and end users to understand and document business processes, workflows and requirements
- Facilitate business managers and end users undertaking BPI/BPR activities
- Appraising the impact of suggested changes on affected business area
- Ability to translate business requirements into something that can be understood at all levels of a project from end users to software developers
- Translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs
- Planning and managing the implementation of small scale projects
- Planning and managing the implementation of agile application developments
- Ensuring business solutions are aligned with the IS Business Strategy
- Undertake the production of business cases and feasibility studies
- Providing weekly reports to the Business Analysis Team Leader showing progress against outstanding milestones.
- Develop and maintain knowledge on best of breed business analysis standards, tools, methods and techniques

- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of the legal sector
- Experience with a case management system
- Experience of an agile software development methodology
- BCS Diploma in Business Analysis desirable
